Franklin D. Roosevelt Park, 12345 North Cascade Road, (two miles outside the City). The zoo is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., May 29th through Labor Day, rain or shine. Free admission. The Zoo is a replica of an American farm from the 1940’s and contains a variety of animals that a person visiting this time period might see on an actual farm.
Fun Day: Sunday, June 6th, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; hot dog lunch will be provided. Bring your entire family and enjoy the free food and special activities that are being planned.
Pavilion rental: Open air pavilion is available for special events and parties. Rental fee is $50.00 and reservations can be made by calling 556-7410 or 588-2551.
